              Phase 2 Instructor Certification (Rhythm, Condition, Lengthen-Reform)
The Phase 2 Certification expands on your foundation from Phase 1, giving you the tools to master three additional signature formats — Rhythm, Condition, and Lengthen-Reform. These formats elevate your teaching with dance-inspired cardio, HIIT-style conditioning, and Pilates-based resistance training, ensuring you can deliver a diverse, well-rounded fitness experience.
What’s Included:
1 Month Pre-Work → Online modules, practice assignments, and study prep.
4–5 Days of Virtual Training → Interactive sessions focusing on sequencing, cueing, rhythm integration, and format mastery.
In-Person Test Out → Demonstration of teaching competency in each format to receive certification.
Formats Covered:
Rhythm → Dance-inspired cardio fused with strength intervals, designed to bring joy, sweat, and musicality to every class.
Condition → Circuit-style training that blends strength and cardio for a high-intensity, efficient total-body workout.
Lengthen-Reform → A Pilates-inspired class with reformer-style resistance flows that improve posture, flexibility, and balanced muscle development.
