Empowered Pulse
A dynamic rhythm-based cardio workout that keeps energy high, spirits lifted, and your body fully engaged. Move to the beat with choreographed agility combos designed to challenge balance, coordination, and endurance. This format uses our unique overhead resistance bands and/or 3lb weights, with optional plyo box movements, to deliver full-body conditioning that engages every muscle group. Expect nonstop movement, fun music, and calorie-burning intensity—all while having a blast. Routines stay consistent for three weeks, allowing you to master each sequence, build confidence, and feel stronger every class.

Empowered Sculpt
A strength-focused class that emphasizes controlled, slower movements using heavier weights and functional equipment such as dumbbells, bands, gliders, boxes, mats, and yoga blocks. Unlike Condition, Sculpt eliminates cardio-driven circuits and instead focuses on deliberate, compound strength training for maximum muscle activation.

RHYTHM
Empowered Rhythm
Dance cardio fitness - a great way to stay active, have fun, and enjoy the benefits of both dance and exercise. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to try something new, dance cardio can be an enjoyable and effective way to work out. In this class you will alternate between cardio dance intervals and full body toning exercise. Routines stay the same for three weeks, ensuring you master each move.

Empowered Tone
A low-impact, music-driven class that combines strength, precision, and flow. Using a mix of bands, light weights, gliders, foam rollers, and bodyweight, this format focuses on targeted sculpting to define muscles, strengthen the core, and improve overall stability.
Expect rhythmic, beat-based movement that keeps you connected and energized as you burn out small muscle groups through high repetitions and controlled, precise exercises. With an Empowered spin on mat Pilates and barre-inspired elements, Tone delivers a full-body experience that is as challenging as it is uplifting—leaving you feeling strong, lengthened, and empowered from the inside out.

Lengthen-Reform
a Pilates-inspired class that blends reformer-style resistance movements with mindful lengthening and strengthening flows. By combining the precision of Pilates with the challenge of Reformer-like resistance, Lengthen-Reform targets the core, stabilizers, and mobility all at once. It’s an empowering choice for anyone looking to tone muscles, strengthen the core, and increase flexibility—all in a safe, mindful, and restorative way.

CONDITION
Empowered Condition
45min high-energy, total-body workout that blends strength and cardio intervals for maximum results. This format is designed to build stamina, develop lean muscle, and improve overall resilience.
Structured as a circuit-style class, participants move through a series of 4 rotations, each targeting different muscle groups or fitness components, with minimal rest in between. The HIIT-inspired programming keeps the intensity high delivering a challenging, efficient, and empowering full-body experience.
