Why start with Beginner Mixer?

We all have to start somewhere!

We recommend that all first timers start with our signature Beginner Mixer class regardless of fitness level. This class combines choreography from Pulse & Tone and is designed to help you learn the equipment, basic moves and terminology in order to prepare you for a regular Pulse class.

You can take as many Beginner Mixer classes as you wish until you are ready to move on.
